  • Jap pumpkin 100gms
  • Greek Feta 60gms
  • Butter 100gms

  • 90g YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
  • 60g unsalted butter

Vanilla Ice Cream Base

  • 1½ cups milk
  • ½ cup cream, 35% fat
  • vanilla bean/extract
  • 5 egg yolks

  • 180g YesYouCan Chocolate and Orange Zest Cake Mix
  • 150ml butter milk (or add 1/2 tbsp vinegar to 150ml milk at room temperature and set aside for 10 minutes)

Makes an 8-inch cheesecake
