Decadent Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Marble Cake



Spoil yourself and bake a decadent gluten free banana chocolate marble cake. With a few simple ingredients and YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix and YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix, you have a satisfying treat!

INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix
  • YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
  • 150ml water
  • 100ml oil
  • 2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
  • 170ml water
  • 80g margarine
  • 3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 18°0C (conventional)

    2. Combine 150ml water, 2 eggs, 100ml oil, and YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix in a bowl

    3. Fold mixture with a wooden spoon

    4. Set aside mixture

    5. Combine 170ml water, 3 eggs, 80g margarine, and YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix in a bowl

    6. Fold by hand until batter is uniform

    7. Set aside

    8. Grease cake tin

    9. Scoop batter of banana bread and chocolate mud cake in the cake tin alternately

    10. Once all the batter has been scooped in the cake tin, swirl the batter using a skinny stick to create a marble pattern.

    11. Bake for 90 minutes

    12. Remove cake from oven and leave to cool on a rack before slicing

    13. Serve and enjoy!
