They are amazing, I made this into a loaf and sliced it. Sorry no pictures as it was eaten before I got a change to take a pic.

Add a few dark chocolate chips from Dr.O, during mixing and lightly toast before eating - amazing.

Wonderful base mix. I adapted this mix to make a gluten free lemon drizzle cake by adding some yoghurt, and lemon zest. Finished off with a lemon syrup drizzled over, it was excellent.
