Add a few dark chocolate chips from Dr.O, during mixing and lightly toast before eating - amazing.

Wonderful base mix. I adapted this mix to make a gluten free lemon drizzle cake by adding some yoghurt, and lemon zest. Finished off with a lemon syrup drizzled over, it was excellent.
