Ingredients:

CAKE MIX: Gluten Free Flour Blend (rice, maize & millet flour, maize & tapioca starch), Sugar, Sunflower Oil (antioxidant (tocopherol)), Raising Agents (glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), Emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), Natural Flavour, Fibre.

FROSTING: Sugar, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavour.

wonderful flavour and texture of this cupcake although I made the mixture into a tray=bake - has disappeared as fast as I could make it!

Delicious as a gluten free base mix to adapt into other flavours

Wonderful base mix. I adapted this mix to make a gluten free lemon drizzle cake by adding some yoghurt, and lemon zest. Finished off with a lemon syrup drizzled over, it was excellent.
