Ingredients:
CAKE MIX: Gluten Free Flour Blend (rice, maize & millet flour, maize & tapioca starch), Sugar, Sunflower Oil (antioxidant (tocopherol)), Raising Agents (glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), Emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), Natural Flavour, Fibre.
FROSTING: Sugar, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavour.

We comply with Australia's legislation which has one of the highest standards in the world when it comes to gluten free: There should be NO DETECTABLE GLUTEN in 2.5 parts per millionfor products to be labelled GLUTEN FREE while the USA and other places, the legislation allows for as much as 5 times more gluten detected.

Wonderful base mix. I adapted this mix to make a gluten free lemon drizzle cake by adding some yoghurt, and lemon zest. Finished off with a lemon syrup drizzled over, it was excellent.
