Red Velvet Cupcake Mix

With a mild cocoa flavour and delicately flavoured icing mix included, they offer a unique addition to parties or afternoon tea. Can be enjoyed at any time but are also fantastic for Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day or Mothers Day. Can be made as cupcakes or as a whole cake. Can be made dairy and egg free. 

Ingredients:

CAKE MIX: Gluten Free Flour Blend (rice, maize & millet flour, maize & tapioca starch), Sugar, Sunflower Oil (antioxidant (tocopherol)), Raising Agents (glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), Emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Cocoa Powder (1.3%), Thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), Natural Flavour, Natural Colour, Fibre. 
 
FROSTING: Sugar, Maize & Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavour.
