Raspberry & Coconut Bread seems to be everyone’s favourite! It is part of our reduced sugar range and is also vegan and low in sodium. It is made with coconut flour, real fruit, and brown sugar.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ​YesYouCan Raspberry & Coconut Bread Mix

  • 3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 150ml water

  • 70g melted margarine or unsalted butter

  • 1 bread tin 250x100x99 mm

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C conventional or 160C fan-forced oven and grease bread tin or line with baking paper

  2. Combine eggs, water, melted margarine or butter, and bread mix in a mixing bowl

  3. Fold mixture by hand until a uniform batter is formed

  4. Pour batter into bread tin evenly

  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy

  7. Serve with fresh ricotta and honey
