INGREDIENTS
- YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake
- 2 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer
- 160ml water
- 60g margarine
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- icing sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix, eggs, oil, and water
- Using an electric mixer, mix ingredients for 2 minutes
- Oil cupcake tray well and scoop 1 tablespoon of the cake batter
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C conventional oven
- Take cupcakes out of the tray and chill for 10 minutes
- Cream the cream cheese for 2 minutes and gradually add icing sugar
- Add frosting to a piping bag
- Flip the cupcake halves and squeeze icing on the flat side
- Put the other half on top to make a sandwich
- Serve and enjoy!
